Housing Services
Helping clients live independently at home or with us
It can be hard to deal with other challenges when you don’t have a roof over your head. That’s why we offer many housing programs to help people with diverse needs who require varying levels of support.
We provide a recovery-based model of supportive housing for people living with complex mental health and/or addiction challenges in over 30 residential locations. In addition, we have a partnership with Toronto Community Housing (TCH) and Simcoe County Housing (SCH) to provide supports so clients can continue to live in TCH or SCH locations.
Access Our Services
Our services can be accessed through a referral system, based on location. If you are in Toronto or York Region, apply using the buttons below. The application form is available online or on paper. Our Simcoe/Muskoka Region services are available by referral only through our hospital and shelter partners.
Types of Services
High Support
We offer a higher level of support to individuals whose serious mental health issues or other complex challenges prevent them from living independently.
Intermediate Support
For clients who have less severe challenges or are more stable on their recovery journey, we offer housing with supports on a weekly basis.
Independent Living
We offer as-needed support for clients whose challenges may be less demanding or who respond best to an independent or nearly independent living environment.
